shadow work helps us fight cleaner, not less.
Meet Alaina
Hey, I’m Alaina (They/she). I work with couples who feel stuck in the same fight over and over again - especially when one partner feels things deeply and the other struggles to stay present without shutting down or escalating.
My work helps you slow the pattern down, understand what’s actually happening underneath it, and build new ways of responding to each other.
I blend relational coaching, somatic awareness (body-based work), and power-conscious reflection to help you make sense of both your personal history and the larger systems shaping your relationship. The support I offer is structured, emotionally-attuned and grounded in real-world context, reaching deep below the surface. My background includes training in therapeutic modalities, along with extensive experience in social justice movements.

Meet PG
Hey, I’m PG (they/them), a ritualist, dreamer and space-holder who facilitates and coaches individuals and groups towards change, ease and freedom - asking big questions, holding contradictions, and nurturing the learning & unlearning that is needed for individual and collective transformation.
My approach integrates Spirit (in any/all the ways it could be known - nature, God, ancestors, orisha, intuition) to clarify the connections between our current conditions and our destiny/purpose. The support I offer is about nurturing your inner knowing to navigate struggles, strategy and growth, with culture and spirit at the core of my process. I believe exploring our feelings, narratives and beliefs helps us to better understand how we navigate the world, acknowledge our impact, and build the kinds of relationships we deeply long for.
